Homecoming 2025
Homecoming at South Alabama is our annual tradition to celebrate Jaguar pride and spirit! This year, Homecoming week is Oct. 27-Nov. 1 and features a lineup of events, including a Friday evening bonfire, pep rally, fireworks and concert. On Saturday, there will be pre-game tailgating before the Jags football team takes on Louisiana Lafayette in Hancock Whitney stadium.

USA Housing invites you to the Azalea/Camellia parking lot to hear great music, decorate your cars for Homecoming, and play fun yard games! Decorating supplies, candy, and drinks provided by Housing, but only while supplies last! We hope to see you there!

Get ready to roll! Join the Student Government Association for this annual Homecoming tradition as we TP the traffic circle. Toilet paper provided. The traffic circle will be closed during the event so plan accordingly.

Office Decorating & RSO Sheet Sign Contest
Calling all staff, faculty, and students!
Join the Homecoming fun by decorating your office or creating a sheet sign that shows off your Jaguar Spirit! Open to all departments and organizations—the loudest roar and most spirited entry will win a prize!

We’re turning Mean Girls pink for a purpose! Join us for an afternoon of fun, food, and breast cancer awareness at our fall “Darty” (Day + Party). Get in loser, it’s a Darty!
A guest speaker on early detection & support. A pinked-out photo booth with iconic props. Sweet treats, cotton candy, and pink desserts. Live DJ spinning crowd favorites. Free custom t-shirts (while supplies last!). Games, trivia, bracelet-making & a best pink outfit contest. Awareness giveaways + optional donations to support the cause. Wear your best pink, bring a friend, and help us spread awareness while celebrating strength, support, and survivorship.
