Real Estate
The Real Estate program at the University of South Alabama's Mitchell College of Business is dedicated to developing future real estate professionals and leaders through experiential learning and industry engagement. The program provides a comprehensive, interdisciplinary education that prepares students for the complex demands of the real estate industry. Whether a student chooses to major or minor in real estate, our curriculum provides a solid foundation in the core principles of the field, including:

This knowledge prepares students for diverse career paths in commercial, residential,
capital and corporate real estate markets. The program is strategically focused on

The Jaguar Real Estate Club is a launching pad for the next generation of real estate leaders, empowering fellow students to explore real estate career paths, engage with industry professionals and ROAR across campus the amazing value proposition of the real estate program.
Explore: To educate students from all disciplines about the diverse career opportunities within the real estate industry —including real estate development, investment, finance, valuation, management and brokerage—through on-campus forums.
Engage: To facilitate premier off-campus experiential learning and networking trips to conferences, along with property and office visits along the Gulf Coast.
ROAR: To passionately promote the value and opportunities of the club and the real estate program across campus, ensuring widespread student participation and establishing the club as a recognized student-led organization of excellence and a powerful force that amplifies the USA Way.
