The Office of Academic Enhancement, in collaboration with the Innovation in Learning Center and Career Development, is proud to recognize six dedicated faculty members from six different departments who recently completed the LevelUP Your Course: Enhancing Curriculum-Based Career Readiness mini-course. Facilitated by the Office of Academic Enhancement in partnership with the Innovation in Learning Center and Career Development, this professional development experience empowers faculty to intentionally embed career-readiness skills into their academic courses.

The 2024-2025 LevelUP Fellows participated in the annual Conference on Teaching and Learning (CoTL) at the University of South Alabama, where the Fellows presented the outcomes of their year-long, high-impact projects aimed at enhancing student success and career readiness.

The Office of Academic Enhancement is proud to announce the successful completion of the second cohort of LevelUP Faculty-Student Fellows for the 2024–2025 academic year. This milestone marks continued progress in the implementation of the University’s Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP), LevelUP: Uniquely Prepared for What Comes Next, a campus-wide initiative that enhances student success through experiential learning and career-readiness development.

We welcome LevelUP Fellow applications from all full-time faculty and/or professional staff in the Academic Affairs or Student Affairs division whose role positions them to prepare students for their next steps.

LevelUP Your Course: Enhancing Curriculum-Based Career Readiness mini-course leads faculty to design career-focused activities that are discipline-specific and aligned with selected competencies and employer-valued skills.
